1. Please fill out BOTH the shop registration (one time only) and the tournament application form. Shops which have not sent in the shop registration will not be eligible for PR card support as we do not know which distributor to send them to. This is currently our biggest outstanding issue as our policy is not to send out PR card support to shops which have not registered with us.

2. Please fill in the forms legibly as there are isolated cases where we cannot read the handwriting or the data is blurred in the photo/scan. For best results, please use the excel form as it is and send it back to us.

3. Please fill in the correct information for your address, distributor and contact details as there have also been isolated cases where we have encountered incorrect details for shop addresses and such. We understand that as this is the first time we are executing this on a large scale, there will inevitably be initial problems for everyone involved. Please be assured that we are doing our best to provide everyone with what they need for their tournaments, and that we appreciate if you can fill in the correct information for us to process and expedite the process for everyone.

4. From May onwards, a maximum of 16 (sixteen) PR card packs will be supplied every week to participating shops. This cap will be lifted if shops can prove that they have overwhelming response through photographic evidence in their tournament reports. For this, we will provide distributors with the extra cards needed to make changes as they see fit.

5. Please submit tournament reports whenever possible with photos. These will be featured on our facebook page.

6. Shops who consistently run tournaments and report them will be eligible from July onwards to be listed on the official webpage as sanctioned stores (this is why we need them to be registered).
