He’s a player who galvanized the nation by breaking one of the most storied records of all-time by besting Babe Ruth’s home-run record with 61 round-trippers in 1961. Roger Maris did much more than that, however, as a member of the thunderous Yankees lineup as he was twice named the American League’s MVP (1960 and ’61) and finished his career with three World Series rings.


Upper Deck is proud to have reached an agreement with Maris’s estate in order to provide collectors and sports fans with collectible trading cards of this diamond legend. Collectors can find his cards in six of Upper Deck’s 2010 baseball releases.
